Release & Receive A Self-Love Myofascial Workshop

In this special 90 minute class, Diana will guide you on a deep dive of your connective-fascia system.

Using tennis balls and yoga props, you’ll release tension from overlooked places deep in your connective tissue where mental, physical and emotional toxins are stuck. You will understand more clearly how stress inhabits your body and mind, then move forward healthy, released and calm with rejuvenated energy and a new set of tools for maintaining balance and ease in your life.

This workshop is open to all! All bodies who can lie down on a mat on the floor and may be especially helpful for yoga students and athletes who cross train.

Yoga for Tweens

Yoga for Tweens: 4-Week Series (Ages 8-12)

This fun and supportive 4-week series is designed especially for tweens who are growing, changing, and learning more about themselves every day. Through movement, breath, and mindfulness, students will build strength, confidence, and emotional awareness in a welcoming, non-competitive space.

Each class blends yoga poses, gentle stretching, games, relaxation, and simple mindfulness tools to help tweens feel calm, focused, and connected—both on and off the mat. We’ll explore ways to manage stress, improve balance and coordination, and support healthy body image during these important developmental years.

Weekly Themes

Week 1: Strong & Steady – Building confidence, balance, and body awareness

Week 2: Calm & Focused – Breathing tools and mindfulness for stress and big emotions

Week 3: Kind & Connected – Self-esteem, compassion, and positive self-talk

Week 4: Relax & Recharge – Restorative yoga, relaxation, and confidence they can take home

No prior yoga experience needed—just come ready to move, breathe, and have fun!

Pilates Burn Teacher Training

This dynamic weekend intensive will break down essential Pilates concepts, class formatting, sequencing, and an in-depth study of the Short Stack Method, which was designed by Sarah to maximize the ‘Pilates shake’ giving you maximum benefit in minimal time!   This training will offer everything you need to confidently lead challenging, safe, and intelligently designed hot Pilates classes.

You’ll be learning from Sarah Baugher, a STOTT-trained Pilates instructor with over eight years of teaching experience and more than 3,000 hours of movement training and teaching.  Known for her strong foundation in anatomy and physiology, Sarah integrates precision, body mechanics, and smart progression into every class she teaches. She also leads international yoga retreats and is recognized for her supportive, engaging, and highly effective teaching style.

By the end of the training, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge, practice, and tools to design and teach powerful, comprehensive hot Pilates group classes that meet the rising demand for this “it” workout of the moment.
